Successful “Ir HaAvot” Run Attracts Nationwide Participants

On Friday Feb. 23, 2018, people from all over the country came to Hebron for
the 10th annual “Ir HaAvot Run.”


 


Routes went from Kiryat Arba into the historic quarter of Hebron and runners
went past the scenic old city in the crisp mountain air. Trophies were presented at
the Tomb of Machpela. 


 


Runs included a 2 km and a half-marathon in different age categories such as
a children’s run, a 40+ category and other races.


 


Special thank you to Real Timing, the Jewish Community of Hebron, the Kiryat
Arba municipality, the Kiryat Arba – Hebron community council, Elitzur, and the Israeli
Ministry of Culture and Sport.
